Adjacent to the grade II listed Wear house building, overlooking the 18th hole at Exeter Golf and Country Club is the new garden pavilion, finished to a high standard while complimenting the existing building. The z-shaped structurally glazed curtain walling accommodates a sliding door, allowing disabled access, flush opening vents with mechanical operation and a five lead folding sliding door opening out onto the external terrace.
