Adjacent to Exeter rugby club, the 250 bed Courtyard by Marriott hotel was another opportunity to work with DNA IC following our success on a number of Travelodge hotels. The new 9 storey hotel situated directly next to the M5 motorway had over 300 windows and over 300 meters of curtain walling all with elevation specific solar and/or acoustic glazing to reduce solar glare and/or eliminate noise pollution. With stunning panoramic views over the Devon countryside, the courtyard hotel offers a rooftop bar and restaurant, surrounded by a 1.8m high glass balustrade, designed, manufactured and installed by Systemglaze.
